Terms of Service

Venom Car AI lets you pick a video template, upload photos and receive a short generated video. Generating a video uses credits; the cost is shown before you start.

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account.

Only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who have agreed to appear in a generated video. Do not upload photos of children, of public figures, or that you do not have rights to.

Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, harassing, sexual, deceptive or that impersonates someone, and do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

You keep the rights you have in your photos and give us a limited permission to process them to provide the service. You may download, keep and share the videos generated for your account, provided you respect the rights of the people in them and the rules of the platforms where you post. The service, its templates and site content remain ours.

Credits are bought in one-time packs and are used when you generate. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Purchases are otherwise final except where the law requires a refund.

Generated videos are produced by AI and may contain errors or artifacts. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service at any time. Email support@venomcarai.app to close your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
